Registration is required for all congress participants. All prices include 27% VAT.

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Office upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Congress Office via email at eurogard2022@congressline.hu. Payments sent after May 13, 2022 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration

All cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Organiser (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the EUROGARD2022. Please send your exact bank account details in a written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be applied as follows

• 100% refund (minus 30 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 16 March, 2022.
• No refund in case of cancellation received after 16 March, 2022.

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Registration and payments sent after May 13, 2022 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Credit Card

VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express
Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC) and signature of the cardholder are needed.
