Accommodation

Congressline Ltd. (as the Congress Organiser) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the European Botanic Gardens Congress (EUROGARD2022) and will handle all related reservations.
A number of hotels of various categories are available for participants of EUROGARD2022. All hotels are located within a reasonable distance by public transportation from the venue.

Hotel reservations are on a “first come, first-served” basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible since the middle of May is a very popular touristic period in Budapest and the rooms in many hotels are limited. All rates are per room per night including breakfast and 5% VAT and City tax. Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.

Please consider: if you visit different hotel reservation sites on the web (booking sites or hotels’ own sites), please note that the prices listed first there generally do not include all the local taxes and breakfast costs.

Reservation

The single reservation form can be filled during the online registration. Our professional staff will assist you to find a suitable hotel for your group and will handle your reservation.

Reservation method

To make a Reservation please fill the Online Registration form. Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation. After the reservation and payment received, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Congress Organiser by email. Any modification requests should be sent to the Congress Organiser. Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be sent to Congress Organiser in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.

• 100% refund (minus 30 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 16 March, 2022.
• No refund in case of cancellation received after 16 March, 2022.
  

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Payments sent after 13 May, 2022 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express
